P.O.G. (purveyor of granola) Kathryn Nelson has experimented with food from her earliest days, making her own "green goulash" out of whatever she could find in the cupboards of her kitchen. It wasn't until college, while working at a small coffee shop in St. Paul, Minnesota, that she discovered the joy, and the art, of making granola. Fast forward a few years, and, when a friend was looking for a lower-carb alternative to grain-based breakfast cereals, Coco, Bee & Nut was born.
