We are a fitness community based in Edina, MN, focused on helping our community build the best version of themselves by embracing the elements and growing through exposure to physical & mental discomfort. We offer a variety of group classes, both indoors and outdoors, open gym, and heat/cold therapy using a sauna and cold plunge tubs. Our mission is to create a space that feels like a home away from home; a fitness family full of resilient, cold-weather loving people.
