Erik is a personal trainer who creates and develops workout routines customized to an individual's goals. "I think your average person has a lot more potential to tap into than they give themselves credit for, and my job is to, sometimes literally, push them into an uncomfortable but productive direction." Erik believes strongly in setting goals, no matter how small. Sometimes setting realistic small victories and timelines for those goals is the best way for a person to feel accomplished and that they are making progress. "I’ve been training people for 5 years and in sports or working out for as long as I can remember." Erik's objective in personal training is centered around habits and habit changes - predominantly on physical change - but physical/mental/emotional habits are all connected.
