Ileana (Lilly) grew up in Wausau, Wisconsin where she fell in love with cheese, the Northwoods, lakes, and somewhat unexpectedly, classical ballet. Pursuing a career in this artform took her to Florida, London and Boston where she danced professionally until she was 21 - at which point, an injury caused her to change career paths. Still, Ileana's time in the professional ballet world left indelible marks on her, including a passion for physical and mental health. As a result, her work has continued to touch these spheres - through her studies at Harvard College, as co-author of "Healthy and Lean: The Science of Metabolism & the Psychology of Weight Management," and even as a sales consultant at LinkedIn.
